What we store

• Account email, password hash, inspector license number.
• Job payloads (property address, owner contact, form answers you entered).
• Evidence photos you attach, tagged to a form question.
• Polar customer id after checkout exists (new products only; never another brand’s ids).

Why

To emit the PDFs you asked for, enforce quota, send Polar receipts, and answer support about login and export.

Your rights

Export JSON from /export.php. Delete from /delete.php. After MySQL is live, delete removes job rows and photo objects and records a Polar cancel if a subscription exists.

Cookies and ads

Session cookie for sign-in. No ads in this product. Analytics (GA) only after the operator sets a measurement id and cookie consent exists.

Processors (planned)

Hostinger (hosting), Polar (payments, after products), operator ops alerts (no customer PII). No research-tool metrics on this site.
