How WindMit Writer fits an 1802 job

WindMit Writer is a job sheet for Florida DBPR-licensed home inspectors. You sign in with an email code (no password). You fill the published OIR-B1-1802 Rev. 04/26 sections and a 4-point worksheet. You attach photos tagged to the question they support. We emit PDFs. Polar bills $49 per month. That is the product.

Canonical site: form1802.com. It is not a home-inspection suite, not a CRM, and not CrowWake.

What you type

Job header on both PDFs: inspection date, owner, address, county, phones, email, insurance company, policy number, year of home, stories.

1802 body follows the published sections: building-code path, region (HVHZ / 1 / 2 / 3), roof slope, coverings and product-approval listing, weakest roof-deck attachment, weakest roof-to-wall attachment (including capacity notes you type), roof geometry, sealed roof deck / SWR, opening protection, FORTIFIED certificate if you saw one, inspector block, homeowner attestation collected on site.

4-point worksheet covers the four systems a Florida consumer 4-point usually means — roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing — with type, age/update, visible condition, hazards, and photos. We never title that PDF “Citizens 4-Point.”

What we emit

• Our OIR-B1-1802 Rev. 04/26 worksheet PDF, mapped to the published sections.
• Our 4-point worksheet PDF.
• The official FLOIR blank, fetched at runtime when that download works. The official file is not stored in git.
• The photos you tagged, in the packet.

We do not overlay marks on the official six-page layout (that would reprint OIR pages). We do not auto-select A–I from a picture. Mapping is “this photo belongs to Q7,” not “this photo means hip.”

Day-1 caps (on purpose)

Hostinger disk is already paid. Photos are the cost that grows. Caps from the first live day: 12 jobs, 96 photos, and 256 MB of photo bytes per calendar month. Over cap, the upload is refused. There is no silent overage. Raising caps is a product decision, not a support workaround.

How you pay, and how you leave

Subscribe from /checkout.php. Polar is merchant of record. Sign in at /login.php, then open /write.php. Export JSON and delete from the account pages. Terms and privacy are linked in the footer. Google Analytics loads only if you accept the cookie banner; reject leaves analytics off. No ads on this site.

How this relates to the form, not to a carrier

Start with what the form is if you have not opened Rev. 04/26 this year. Use a consistent sheet so the only edits are field observations. Then read what we will not do — we will not interpret the Florida Building Code, we will not advise roof-to-wall or opening-protection choices, and we cannot say whether Citizens or any carrier will accept a job.
